Whereas the party of the first part (hereafter to be known as the party of
the first part) wishes to be known as the party of the first part, and
whereas the party of the second part (hereafter to be known as the party of
the second part) wishes to be known as the party of the second part,
therefore the parties of the first and second parts agree that they shall
hereafter be known as the party of the first part and the party of the
second part (respectively).
The party of the first part and the party of the second part agree that the
party of the first part shall throw a party for the party of the second
part.
The party given by the party of the first part (to the party of the second
part) shall be given on or near the birthday of the party of the second
part, hence a birthday party.
The party of the first part and the party of the second part agree not to
take part in any party being given by any party of the third part (to be
known hereafter as the party of the third part).
At the party being given by the party of the first part (to the party of
the second part), the party of the second part will take part in the
opportunity to partake of party favors.
The party of the second part agrees not to part from the party given by the
party of the first part (to the party of the second part) until all other
guests have parted from the party.
